My client based in Farnham is looking for a professional, motivated Business Develpment Executive to join the team.

Telesales experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential and it is more important that my client get someone who has the right personality, drive and desire to work in sales. Full product training will be given, as will sales specific coaching and training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a sales environment.

Principal Responsibilities
Commercial

* To meet monthly KPIs with regard to calling prospective clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language.
* To make follow up phone calls to prospective clients to confirm receipt of company information, overcome potential objections, and possibly re-sell the proposition
* To ensure that the CRM is updated with good quality notes following client communications
* To identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling products and services to generate business and increase profitability
* To deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and/or email and provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome

Customer service

* To build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning clarification and language
* To communicate courteously with all customers by telephone and email, progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time
* To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company bran and image is provided at all times to customers an colleagues

For this role you must have great communiation skills with a clear telephone manner and good listening skills. You must be a team player with a flexible approach.
