My client are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Leader in HR Payroll Solutions. SAP experience in particular would be preferable. My client are offering a very competitive salary of up to €40,000 and an excellent benefits package.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Seamless execution of daily HR transactions, eg joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions
SAP experience in particular would be preferable - as well as knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word skills
Process salaries/hourly pay, withholding taxes, pensions, vacation, sick leave and worker's compensation records etc. accurately & timely
Monthly payroll as well as handling and element of sickness/maternity benefits and any other social welfare/revenue queries, administering any data changes as required
Analyse and provide payroll reports to management
Create and update payroll procedure documentation.
Compile reports as needed and provide to HR, management, etc.
Data collection to assist with external and internal audits
Perform statutory reporting for payroll
Document and update payroll procedures
Post journal entries into SAP
Perform SAP clearing of all Payroll payments
Own the reconciliation of all the payroll entries in the general ledger
Review payroll procedures, compile and standardize for department

Salary: €35,000 to €40,000 per annum
