Our Client is one of the UK’s leading and most reputable Building Societies, who pride themselves on their high standard of customer service. They are currently recruiting a Saving and Investment Advisor to join their team. They are looking for a professional and driven individual to provide an excellent level of service to the Society's members, identifying and satisfying their needs, promoting and selling the society’s wide range of financial products. This requires taking a personal approach to customer service, arranging appointments with customers for one-to-one advisory meetings to discuss the customer’s individual financial needs. You will also be required to identify opportunities for Mortgage Advisors and other in-branch consultants. This is a supportive and professional company that firmly believe in looking after their staff and actively encourage training, development and progression.
Suitable candidates will have:
·A confident, approachable and motivational nature
·Excellent communication skills
·A professional approach to customer service
·Proven sales experience, working to targets
·Building society or banking experience is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position. 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, including 3 out of 4 Saturday mornings. Opening hours vary from branch to branch.
