Job Title: Sales Ledger Administrator

Location: Corby

Salary £18000 to £20000

Reports to: Financial Controller

General Responsibilities

To assist with the Sales Ledger function.

Specific Responsibilities

* Printing invoices from Window Designer.

* Checking the invoices against the order pack.

* Preparation of manual invoices from Access.

* Enter Access invoice number on to Filemaker job number.

* Deal with any invoicing queries from customers.

* Preparation of duly authorised credit notes.

* Posting invoices to Access once delivery in Filemaker is acknowledged.

* Filing of sales invoices.

* Reconcile invoices posted to Access against deliveries on Filemaker.

* Prepare and maintain customer Showroom Agreements.

* Month end closing, ensuring all invoices have been entered onto the system.
